Situated 45 KM from Ahmedabad in Kalol Taluka of Mehsana District, at entrance situated is Temple of VIR VELUDA MAHARAJ and opposite is VARAHI DEVI Temple , joining this two temples a colorful sculpture attractive Triple Gate is constructed adding to the beauty.

Soja consist of nearly 150 families of our caste, most of them have settled in Ahmedabad, Surat, Mumbai Pune etc., even some have settled abroad in USA, people are peace loving and religious, known to be land of temples, Centre of the village near tower temples with Golden KALASH adds to the beauty, apart of this Temple of Shiv, Swaminarayan, Laxminarayan and Bahuchar Mata is also establish our cast people follow Jainism, and are kind to donate large amount resulted in construct Decent Jain Derasar, Upashrya, Jain Hall, Guest house etc.

Soja is historical place, Idols of SHRI CHANDRAPRABHU BHAGWAN, SHRI MAHAVIR SWAMI, and SHRI KAUSHALYA BAHUBALI BHAGWAN were found while digging from this village and the same were established in Derasar with the help of leading donors from the Jain community, even SAMETSHIKHAR PAT, GIRNAR PAT, ABUJI PAT and SHATRUNJAY PAT are build in Derasar.

People feel lucky for having privilege of having Darshan and performing puja in this holy places.
